Ledgerly provides a trading journal tool. We don't give financial advice, trading signals, or recommendations. All trading decisions are yours alone.

Your Data

You own all data you enter. We store it in your D1 database and only access it to serve your dashboard. We don't sell, share, or analyze your trades.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. Have a local backup of your data if uptime is critical to your workflow.

Limitation of Liability

Ledgerly is not responsible for trading losses, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
